Fall Festival
I wanted to share the attached photo with you that was taken at the NWACC Fall Festival in October. The Rotaract Club hosted a cookie decorating table. Virpal Wander is the niece of Manjit Singh, who is a member of the Bentonville Bella Vista Daybreak Rotary Club.
Also, club president Brigitte Cronkwright was honored as the Golden Eagle Award recipient at the November NWACC Board of Trustees meeting.

At our regular meeting last Thursday, Chuck Everett spoke to Rotaract members about being a chief or chaperone at RYLA in April. Club members are very excited about helping at RYLA. And, this Saturday we are helping prepare and serve the meal for the Mother-to-Mother-Ministries’ Christmas party.
So, as you can see, even though we are a small club, our students are very active.
And, I am very excited to welcome Mary Odima, 2009 Rotary International Grant for University Teachers recipient from District 6110, as a co-sponsor of the NWACC Rotaract Club. Mary told me she had a wonderful experience teaching at a private university in Nairobi. She also said she is looking forward to sharing her experiences with many Rotary clubs in District 6110 and perhaps at the District Conference in October.
Thanks,
Jean Anderson
