Fort Smith January 22, 2010. We got the books loaded yesterday......2562 total!!! I got choked up at the end of loading thinking about what an impact these books are going to make
in Africa. I looked around at the students involved and what bright futures they have. Then Ewold (the 11th grader from Bentonville who got us involved) presented the kids bookmarks for helping. Each bookmark read,"To know that one life has breathed easier because you have lived; this is to have succeeded." That is my favorite Emerson quotation. I have the best job!!!!!
